Broncos Release C.J. Anderson
The Broncos have released RB C.J. Anderson in a move that surprised no one. Anderson was due to make $4.5 million this season. The Broncos are looking to go younger at that position and will probably add a RB or two in the draft next week. Although it wasn't a surprise, it was sad to see C.J. go. He was one of the leaders on this team, and he will always be remembered for his gutsy runs and performances in the Broncos Super Bowl run in 2015. He scored some big TDs and had some big runs in those victories over the Steelers, Patriots, and Panthers. His 1 yard TD run against the Panthers clinched Super Bowl 50 for the Broncos, and he will forever be remembered for his five years in Denver. Thanks for the memories C.J!
